Return Eligibility
We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
- Food and beverage items are not eligible for return under any circumstances.
- Used items (including machines, accessories, or opened packaging) cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Gift cards and products labeled as “Best Before” or “Near Expiry” are also non-returnable.
Return Process
To start a return, contact us through our pages.
Once approved, you have the following return options:
- Bring the item yourself to our warehouse.
- Use any shipping provider of your choice to send the item back.
- Request our shipping agent to collect the item from you for return. However, please note:
- You are fully responsible for the order during the return process, including proper packaging and safe delivery.
- CAFELAX will not be held liable for any damage, loss, or issues that occur during delivery.
- All shipping fees for this return will be at your expense.
- If the return is due to a change of mind, original shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged Items or Order Issues
If your order is missing items or contains damaged or invalid items, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Reports made after 24 hours will not be accepted and the order will be considered complete.
If you ordered a beans-to-cup coffee machine, you have the right to inspect the machine upon delivery. Please report any issues before the delivery agent leaves.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.
- If the payment was made online, a 5% processing fee will be deducted.
- If you paid by Cash on Delivery or Instapay, refunds will be processed via Instapay or Vodafone Cash.
- Original shipping fees will also be deducted unless the return is due to an error on our part.
